Detailed Product Description

ZB2904 is a kind of anionic carboxylated styrene butadiene latex, specially applied for the back coating of non-woven needle-punched carpets for stiff hand feeling. ZB2904 treated products have considerable elasticity and little odor, thus no harm to health. ZB2904 is better to be used on foaming coating equipment.

Technical data:
1) Solid content: 50.0 - 52.0%
2) pH: 8.0 - 9.0
3) Viscosity: 110 - 300mpas
4) Agglomerate: less than 0.025% with mesh size of 80 and less than 0.050% with 
    mesh size of 325 storage temperature: 10 – 30°C, for 6 months at cool and 
    ventilated places

Note:
1) Softening temperature: 110 - 140°C (according to general latex content)
2) Softening time: 50 - 70 seconds 
3) Forming time: 120-180 seconds
